Fees
Jenny Rimmer provides expert mediation services for all property and parenting disputes for separated couples, yet it need not cost as much as you might anticipate.
- Dispute resolution can be conducted with the assistance of your lawyers if required.
- If necessary, mediation can be conducted by telephone link or by Zoom after careful consideration of the parties needs and the issues involved in the mediation. As this is not the most effective way to mediate, other options should be explored with the mediator first.
- While mediations are usually conducted with the assistance of your lawyer, you may seek to attend in person by agreement with the mediator.

*NOTE: The mediation daily fee is the total for a two party mediation and includes one hour preparation and the mediation for the day up until 5 p.m. If there are more than two parties to the mediation the daily fee will be $6,450 plus GST.
Where face to face mediation is not possible Jenny conducts video conference mediations by Zoom.
