Fees
Jenny Rimmer provides expert mediation services for all property and parenting disputes for separated couples. Mediations will usually be conducted face to face but, where necessary, a mediation can be conducted by telephone link or by Zoom after careful consideration of the parties’ needs and the issues involved in the mediation
Despite her legal training, the mediator does not offer legal advice. As such, the mediator requires that each party engage their own lawyer to be fully and properly advised about his/her legal interests, rights and obligations.

*NOTE: The mediation daily fee is the total for a two party mediation and includes one hour preparation and the mediation for the day up until 5 p.m. If there are more than two parties to the mediation the daily fee will be $7,700 plus GST.
Where face to face mediation is not possible Jenny conducts video conference mediations by Zoom.
